I am sorry for the delay. We have been on a long return road trip.       Let us continue our musing from I Thessalonians 2:15-18. It is here Paul tells us to give attention to what has been wrought by God while we  wait for the King. In verse 15 there is the death of the Saviour. We are told that the Jews were used to kill Jesus. The Jews were used to  kill Jesus by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God. God planned it all and held the people guilty for doing it. I am sure glad it has all been wrought by God. In verse 16 I find the deterring to speak. Paul was hindered by the Jews to speak the gospel to the Gentiles. Because of this the wrath of God has come upon them. In verse 17 I find the determination to see. Paul has had every hindrance placed in his way, but he wants to see these precious folks face to face. My as we wait for Him what are we determined to do? In verse 18 I find we are detoured by Satan. I am confident that whatever we determine to do for our  Lord will have every road block from hell that can come . Let us keep our chins up and press on. Press on it won’t be very long.
