Admonition About Our Prayer Of Thought

Let us muse today from Philippians 4:6. It is here we find an admonition about our prayer of thought. Paul tells us In everything… surely this would cover all prayers. In everything let our request be made known to God. Let us be extremely careful not to dishonor God by making our request known to others before making it known to Him. I fear we often make it to others because we feel they could answer it for us. The word request deals with prayers for self. Supplication deals with prayer for others. All prayer is to be coupled with thanksgiving. Let us remember this little thought when praying, “Thou art coming to a King Large petitions with the bring For His grace and power are such None can ever ask to much”.
