Perception Of Providence

Let us muse today from Genesis 37 and ‘Jacob’s Perception Of Providence’. In verse 3 Jacob loved Joseph more than the other 11 sons and made him a coat of authority to prove it. Jacob, did you not see the other boys response in verses 4-8? God is speaking through providence. How often God will prepare us ahead of time but often we are not listening. Jacob, why would you send Joseph in verses 13-14 to spy on the other boys? Oh, let us be alert as God speaks to us through the mundane happenings of each day preparing us for what is coming. Providence is a powerful tool if we are looking and listening.
