Jacob’s Presence Of Providence

Let us muse today from Genesis 37:30 and the presence of providence. In order to understand this truth you must  see Joseph as a picture of Christ. The boys told their dad Jacob that Joseph “is not”. How many times because of the situation we have felt that God was not there. Hebrews said we must believe that “He is”. In 42:1,5-6,9,11-13 the brothers went down to Egypt and told “is”, that “he is not”.  In 42:36 they had their dad saying  “he is not”.  Let us remember in our dark hour our Lord said,” I will never leave you nor forsake you”. Our God is always a present tense God.
