The Observation Of Decreasing

Let us muse again today from the life of David and Saul. I lay before us today the Observation Of Decreasing as it pertains to forgiveness. Why was David and Saul put together? It was so David could see the things in Saul that he didn’t care for were the same things that God saw in David that God didn’t care for. Abel had his Cain, Jacob his Esau, Issac his Ishmael, and John his Peter. They were all a mirror to one another of what God doesn’t care for in our lives. We often see this reflection in our children. David had so many more fleshly flaws than Saul. This was God’s way of revealing them to him.
