The Pleasing Walk

Let us muse today from Colossians 1:10 where we find thoughts on The Pleasing Walk. Paul tells us here to walk worthy. The phrase means a balanced walk. It is the picture of a balancing scale. I must put Christ’s walk on one side and my walk on the other and they must equally balance. When they do I will please Him, bring forth fruit, and increase in my intimacy with Him. It is a blessed thing to have the smile of our friends, family, and the Lord. But if you must choose, let your walk be upper most to have the smile of the Sovereign God of Heaven. Let us not forget it will be to Him that we must give a final accounting of our life.
