Paul’s Burden

Let us muse today from Colossians 2:1 and Paul’s burden. It is here that Paul flies the true flag of a burden. Many today have a burden to make their point, no matter the danger of what making their point does. Paul has a burden for people to get in the word and know the truth. Paul says, that he has a great conflict for the church at Colosse and the church at Laodicea. The word conflict means a fight or race of anxiety and burden. Paul is carrying a great burden for these two churches. Satan had deceived the church at Laodicea with luxuries. They thought themselves rich and in need of nothing. Satan had deceived the church at Colosse with the lie of thinking that  the Christian life was Christ plus knowledge. Let us in this hour not have a burden to make our point, but get people in the Bible. If you know the truth, the truth will make you free.
