A Student

Let us muse today from Colossians 2: 7c and another of Paul’s pictures of progress. The picture today is that of a student seen in the phrase, ” as you have been taught”. A recent Gallup poll did  an average of how much time people spend in the Bible a day, who say they believe it is the Word of God. Their findings were that we spend on an average of three minutes a day in the Bible. If that is how much you spend on an average there are two things very obvious, one you don’t really believe the Bible is the Word of God and second you cannot be a student. The church of Paul’s day searched the Scriptures daily to see if these things be so or not.
