Heaven To Go To Heaven In

Let us begin today to muse from Colossians 3:1-4 and the truth of heaven to go to heaven in. In chapters 1-3 Paul has dealt with the doctrinal thoughts of our completeness in Christ. In chapters 3-4 he will deal with the practical side. What we believe must affect our behavior. If we are to have heaven on earth in this life in 3:1 we are told there must be a state of practice. In the phrase, If ye then be risen with Christ, gives us this state. The word if is not a possibility word but a definite. We are to live above the world. In Christ we have been raised to the other side of death, sin, Satan, and all that enslaves us. The place where we live, work, and worship should be places where spiritually dead people can come and see us living on resurrection ground.
