Filthy Cmmunications

Let us muse today once more from Colossians 3:8 and the sins in good standing. The social sin mention today is often excused by God’s people, which is filthy communication. It speaks of smutty stories, and foul obscure speech. Paul said it came out of the mouth, which reminds us it comes from the heart. Peter around the fire denied he knew Christ twice, and they did not believe him. The third time he cussed and use the foul language of his unregenerate fisherman’s days,they then believed him. They probably thought to themselves, no true disciple of Christ would talk like that. Let us give great attention to the removal of the cloak of this social sin, which is filthy communications, before others wonder about our relationship with Christ.
