The Place Of Rest

Let us muse again today from the book of Isaiah 6:1-8 and the theme Isaiah’s Christ. Isaiah’s King has died and it was then he sees the Lord sitting upon His throne. I see in this picture the place of rest. Hebrews says Who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person and by holding all things by the word of His power when He had by Himself purged our sins sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. We have such high priest who sits on the right hand of the throne. What a place of rest we can turned to when all around our souls are giving way.
