The Seed Is To Be A Substitute
Let us muse again today from the Genesis account of creation and our theme of Isaiah’s Christ. In the creation account we find the seed is to be a substitute. When Eve had her first son she said I have gotten a man from the Lord. She was convinced of the fact that he was the promised seed. In the story Cain killed Abel and destroyed the thought of this promise seed. Then God gave them another son by the name of Seth which means substitute. God’s promise seed will be the promise Kinsman Redeemer and the substitute for the sins of His people.
