Musing Through Matthew-Mary Assured

Let us muse again today from Matthew 1:20 and the theme of Jesus the King. I find in our text that the message to Joseph was an assurance to Mary. How Mary’s faith must have been tested during this time. Many must have said  sure you’re carrying a baby and have never known a man, no way. Let us be assured that if Christ is birthed with in us through the new birth great trouble and testing will accompany that birth. I am confident through experience that the Lord will give witness to the fact He lives within us and will surely bear us up, over, and through any test that may come because of this birth.
