Musing Through Matthew-A Voice Crying In The Wilderness

Let us begin to muse today from Matthew 3:1-3  and the theme of Jesus the King. Our text today introduces us to John the Baptist Jesus’ cousin. He is known in Isaiah 40 and verse three of our text as the voice crying in the wilderness. He is a lone voice announcing Christ the King is coming upon the scene. We who feel the need to tell the world Christ is coming or as a lone voice crying to wilderness and destitute dwellers of this earth. May we not fell to cry and warned Jesus is coming, get ready, for He is at the door.
