Musing Through Matthew- Things We Cannot Change

Let us muse again today from Matthew 6:27 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text today the King mentions us worrying about things we cannot change. Oh how many things we worry about that will never come to pass or cannot be changed. One that He mentions is our height or how tall we are. You cannot change that. Suppose I was to spend the week worrying about an event coming up next week and the night before the event I die of a heart attack from worry, I will never find out how it came out. So for worrying our King says this, “stop it”.
