Musing Through Matthew- Sand Builders

Let us muse again today from Matthew 7:26-27 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text our Lord speaks of one who was a hearer and not a doer of the Word and he builds his house on the sand. The house from the outside is beautiful but it was quickly build with no attention to a foundation. All  spiritually built houses come under the same troubles and storms. The house built on the sand when under the storm it fell and great was the fall of it.  Oh let us do a foundation check today in the secret places of our souls looking for a faulty foundation. The Bible says make your election and calling sure.
