Musing Through Matthew- Wonder Versus Worship

Let us muse again today from Matthew 8:27 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text for today we find a display of wonder versus worship. When we are in wonder we always have questions like what manner of man is this. When in wonder we failed to see that He is the God-man. We failed to see that the wind and sea of our storms only obey Him because He is their creator. In this brief moment our King unveils His glory but all they  saw was the wonder of a man with a lot of power. Let us not fail to see in our storms that He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
