Musing Through Matthew-Ministering To Physical Needs

Let us muse again today from Matthew 10:8 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our study for today our Lord instructs his Disciples to not only help men’s spiritual needs but to minister to their physical needs. I notice that their power had not been purchased but given and their miracles were not to be sold. Our text  tells us that they were given the power to raise the dead. Let us be reminded that the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation even to raise dead sinners to live a life more abundantly.
