Musing Through Matthew- Quick Before He Comes

Let us muse again today from Matthew 10: 23 and the theme of Jesus king. In our text for study today our Lord tells His disciples to be quick in speaking the gospel before He comes again. He has not even left yet and already speaks of His return. He tells them they do not have time for those who are uninterested in the gospel. The gospel does not advance through violence but gentleness. If there is a great opposition to the gospel move on to the fields where spiritual light is bright and the fields or ripe for harvest.
