Musing from Matthew-Receiving Righteous Men

Let us muse again today from Matthew 10:41 and the theme of Jesus the king. It is here we are challenged to examine the speakers of truth before we reject what he is saying. Is the speaker a prophet not necessarily a foreteller of  future events but a preacher of hard sayings? Is the speaker a child of God one who  has been declared righteous by a holy act of God? If the answer to these questions are yes let us be swift to hear and slow to reject what such a one with these credentials has said.
