Musing through Matthew-Works in Jesus hometown

Let us muse again today from Matthew 11:23 and the theme of Jesus the King. In our text for today we see the Lord speak of the works done in His town.If the works had been done in Sodom that were done in Capernaum they would have repented. Capernaum after all they had seen  of miracles and messages heard from the lips of Jesus were gospel harden. I wonder were America ranks on the list of greater judgment because of hardened hearts to the gospel message?
