Musing Through Matthew- Just Plain Jesus

Let us muse again today from Matthew 13:57 and the theme of Jesus the king. In today’s study we find the people see Him as just plain Jesus. They were offended because there is no glitter, bells, and whistles to His ministry. He has no hype to Him, why He’s just Jesus from Nazareth . He says that I am a prophet without honor in my home. I fear we miss a lot of God’s men with the message because there is not much sparkle to them. Let us be careful not to miss what God sends our way. The plain Jesus may be passing by today listen for Him.
