Musing Through Matthew- Foul Time Here Happy Time There

Let us muse again today from Matthew 14: 10 and the theme of Jesus the king. In our study for today we find a thought on foul time here but happy time there. Herod gave the order to behead John. What a foul time here for John but he was set free to be crowned in glory. This beheading was placed to the account of Herod and Herodias. What will eternity hold for the couple who killed the one Jesus said there was not a greater born of a woman than John the Baptist?
