A Christ Walk

My heart today is drawn to Ephesians 4:17  which says, This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk in the vanity of their minds. In verses 18-19 we find how they walk.They have no spiritual understanding, they are  blind spiritually, no feelings for God,and live totally by their five senses. In verses 20-30 we find if we have ears to hear Christ we have put off the old man and put on the new. You might ask what is the new man like? He will exchange his thinking for God’s thinking. He will put off  lying, anger, stealing, and a foul mouth. Paul said the new man will give no place to the devil. The word place is a beach head. In a battle or war if you give the enemy a small area of land they will soon take all. The new man will not grieve the Holy Spirit of God. He will put off  bitterness, evil speaking, and malice. The new man will be tenderhearted and forgiving towards others. It sounds like the new man and the Christ walk or one and the same.
