Philippians Prison Experiences

I want to begin today to muse through Philippians,one of Paul’s prison experiences. Let us look at the theme of this book today. Paul wrote from a prison in Rome which was probably the Roman sewer. The book is centered on ones mind and focus of thought. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. When our focus is on Him, our prisons change. They will change from prisons to palaces of praise. He will turn the clang of our chains into chimes of comfort. He will change our cells into cathedral’s of celebration. Our interest will not be so much to get out of our prison of trouble,but to watch our Lord take care of us in our prison. I know not what your day holds, but I do know who holds the day.
