Paul’s Purposed Beliefs

Let us muse onPhilippians 3:13-14 today and Paul’s Purposed Beliefs. He said that he had not yet apprehended. The word means ‘I have not grasped all there is to grasp’. ‘I don’t know all there is to know.’ Paul said he was going to focus on one thing. That one thing is to know Him. D.L. Moody said ‘I would rather say this one thing I do than say these many things I dabble with.’ Paul said to arrive at this point he must forget the things which are behind. He pressed toward the mark. A phrase of racing toward the finish line. I don’t want to take my eyes off the finsh line because the goal is to see my Saviour face to face.
