Focus On The Progression Of Faith

Let us muse today on James 1:4-5 and our Encounter With The Purpose of Trials on our road to God’s Blessings. I want to look today at our Focus on The Progression Of Faith. James 1:4 says ‘That ye may be perfect’. The phrase means whole, complete, and more like Him and less like us. If this progression is being made, we find in 1:5, that we will ‘seek for the wisdom of God’. James 3:17 tells us that this wisdom is from above and brings peace, mercy, and the fruits of righteousness. Unless there is within us that which is above us we shall soon yield to that which is about us. Let our prayer be ‘Lord, increase my faith’.
