Christ-Like Religion Is Holy – Bible Truth Ministries

Let us muse our last time from James 1:27c and a proper testimony on our road to God’s blessings. We find in our text that Christ-like religion is holy. James tells us to keep ourselves unspotted from the world. Do not let the world pour you into its mold. Once again we must here receive with meekness the engrafted Word of God.In a nut shell acceptable religion is being sensitive to sin, having a serving spirit, and being saturated with the scriptures. Duncan Campbell said of a weaker christian “he always speaks of what he has done for God, and never of what God has done for him”. If there is a proper testimony, God will have done much on our behalf.
