Scripture Input And Direction

Let us muse again today from Colossians 3:16a and Scripture input that gives direction. In the phrase let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, I am interested in the meaning of the phrase in all wisdom. The word wisdom is not that which comes from books but from The Book. James says it comes from above. It is the input of the Word of God that gives us the directions like putting together of missing puzzle pieces. No wonder our churches are full of people making foolish decisions and going down dead ends in their lives. We do very little if any of the studying, memorizing, or musing on the Scriptures and thus we have  little living by it or letting it be that control, counselor, companion, and guide of our lives.
