The Worth Of Service

Let us in muse today from Colossians 3:23-25. We have already looked at the way we are to serve. Let us see in these three verses the worth of our service. We live in a day when  men divide service into secular and sacred work. There is one problem with this, God does not make this division. We all serve the Lord. In verse 22 we must do it with our whole heart. Why must it be done in this fashion? We are told in verse 24 that whole-hearted service will be rewarded and in verse 25 half-hearted service will be judged. When God judges He will judge based on what we do, what we say, and what we are. Everyone will be judged the same.
