Paul’s Roll Call Of Rememberance
Let us begin today to muse on the concluding verses of Colossians 4:7-18. It is here Paul begins his rather lengthy roll call of remembrance. He begins with a man by the name of Tychicus who has spent much time with Paul in prison. Paul says, he will tell you of my state of affairs. It was sort of like he will fill in the blanks of my physical state of affairs. I am reminded of Jesus’s words I was in prison and you came unto me, and he shall be blessed by my Father and inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Our Lord will bless abundantly those who reach out in help to those who have been brought low by the work of the ministry of the Lord.
