A Picture Of His Coming

For the  next few moring I want to meditate upon the coming of the Lord. In my Bible knowledge, I find I know little about the sub points of His coming. All I am sure of is that He is coming. Let us muse today on Genesis 5:24 and Jude 14 which says, And Enoch walked with God:and he was not for God took him.And Enoch also said… Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of His saints. The phrase “and he was not for God took him”, speaks of a snatching away or the rapture. Enoch is a picture of the saints who are a part of the church who will leave here before the great day of the Lord. Jude tells us Enoch was preaching and looking for Him shortly after time began. After Enoch was Noah a picture of the great judgement of God during the tribulation. Noah in the ark tells of the Jews who will be saved and join the church in the new heaven and new earth. Let us be ready for in such and hour as you think not He cometh.
