The Cycle Of Evil

Let us muse today from Hosea 4:5 and 9 and the cycle of evil. We have heard the saying as goes the leadership so goes the people. As goes the spiritual leadership so goes the church. In verse five he speaks of the wayward mother. Whenever the parents are weak spiritually often so will the children be weak spiritually. In verse nine he addresses the preachers. The reason for a weak pew is often because there is a weak pulpit Where there is a man of God who confronts the people from the pulpit and to their face for sin, you will find there a strong people. Let us thank the Lord if we have a man of God who will confront sin before the people in preaching and to their face personally. That my friend is a great blessing.
