Discipline Reasons

Let us begin today to muse from Hosea 12:7 and discipline reasons. One of the first reasons our Lord deals with is dishonesty in business. The Lord tells us that the merchant had deceived the people with the balancing scales. The Lord said in verse 12 that he was done with warning them about their deceitful practice. My grandma asked her daughter one day who owned a grocery store to hire her to fill a position as cashier. My aunt said, to my grandma, that she felt she was too slow and the only way she could make money was to add a little bit to the price of every order. My aunt and uncle both had tragic ends to their lives. Crooked business dealings will not be ignored by God.
