The Day Of Locusts

Let us muse today from Joel 1:3-4 and the present day where we have found through our study the Day of the locusts. In verse four Joel mentions all five stages of the life-cycle of a locus. John Phillips said there are several recorded battle in history with locus when they would come and destroy 1,000 of miles of land. No type  of poison would stop them until they had gone through their life-cycle. They have been known to go in houses and eat almost everything in the house even a table cloth off the table. God has much at his disposal to get man’s attention. In verse three Joel warns the old men to tell their generation that they might tHll the next what God can do if we do not walk in close fellowship with our Lord.
