The Controlling Of This Day

Let us muse today from Joel 2: 10-11 an a section I have entitled a purposeful day. I want us to see from our text the controller of the day of the Lord. In verse 10 we find he controls the acts of creation the sun, moon, and stars to coincide and announce this  day of darkness and judgment. John tells us in the Revelation that the same parts of creation will announce the end of time. We are told in verse 11 that the Lord is leading this Assyrian army in their attack on God’s people. Let us be assured today God has no plan B, He permits nothing but ordains all things.
