A Question About A Trumpet – Bible Truth Ministries

Let us muse today from Amos 3:6 and a question about a trumpet. The trumpet is used to warn, call together an assembly, and declare war. The coming of the Lord will announce all three. The blowing of the trumpet should have a measure of fear for us to think we will be brought face to face with the living God. Amos tells us if evil comes into a city be assured God has brought it. These questions continue to remind us of a sovereign God who is in control of all things. There are five questions mentioned here which reminds me He is a God of sovereign grace. I’m glad I have a God that controls my commencement, my continuance, and my conclusion. When I think of His grace it makes me want to listen for the trumpet to blow.
