Rebuke Of Family Leaders

Let us muse from Micah 3: 9-12 and a final thought from my point of Micah’s message that we have entitled a rebuke committed. Today we see he rebukes the family leaders. They felt because they were a God-fearing people, nothing evil would happened to them. They listen to what they were being told but never searched the Scriptures themselves. They profess to know God, but in works they denied Him. Because of their foolish following of their leaders they would lose their place of worship and thousands of the Jews would go into Babylonian captivity. Let this be a reminder to us, when God says, be holy for I am holy, He really means it.
