Redeemding Possession

Let us muse today from Habakkuk 3: 8-15 and a section I have entitled the prophet’s adoration. In this section Habakkuk prays and pondered God’s path. During this prayer he saw God’s radiant perception, God’s a radical power, and now God’s redeeming possession. In verse nine God makes naked His bow. In verses 12-13 he marches through the land to redeemed His people. In verse 13 we are told He does it through His anointed, the Messiah, or the Christ. What a day when God possesses all that is His by rights of creation and redemption. No wonder John prayed in revelation, even so come quickly Lord Jesus.
