The Call To Remembrance

Let us begin today to muse from a second thought from Haggai chapter 2 which I have entitled the call to remembrance. In chapter 2:3 Haggai here calls for a now remembrance. He compares the Temple of yesterday with the Temple this new generation had built. The old generation was critical that the new Temple didn’t compare with the temple that they had built. The Lord was not impressed with the older generation being critical of the younger generation who was trying to move towards God. I was this past week with some young people in North Carolina at Rivers of life camp. I saw a real presence of God and heard praying in the Holy Ghost from teenagers I’ve not heard from many in the older generation. I feel that God is well pleased with this generation who are pursuing the Lord. Let us the older be careful in putting our critical tongues upon this younger generation who is seeking after the Lord.
