The Manifested Picture

Let us muse today, on a final thought from Haggai 2: 23 and a section I have entitled the call of the Redeemer. In 2:23 we have the manifested picture of the redeemer. Zerubbabel was connected to a wicked royal heritage. It is here because of his faithfulness the Lord placed upon his finger a signet ring. This was heaven’s credit card. Zerubbabel is included in both of Jesus’ geneology. This signet was a manifested picture of God’s true signet who was to come who was none other than Jesus Christ our Lord.
