Almighty The Greatest

Let us muse today from Zechariah 9: 9 under the theme of the coming of the King. Today we see the Almighty greatest. The prophet spoke yesterday of Alexander the great but now the Almighty greatest. We see the purpose of His coming in the phrase having salvation. Our King came the first time to save sinners. We see His position in coming in the word lowly. He came in humility to save his people from their sins. We see also His power in the fact He came on a colt and an ass. Most kings came on great white chargers. His power was displayed in greater ways of saving, healing, changing, and making  whole spiritually the lives of His people through the offering of Himself as a blood sacrifice.
