Let The Wind Blow

Let us look at a second attitude mentioned in Paul’s storm of Acts 27. It is the attitude Paul display of let the wind blow. The winds of adversity blow where they will you cannot tell from whence they come where they will go. Let these be more than just the words of our mouth let them be the attitude of our heart. In 27:4 we see the account of the wind. It is called a contrary wind which is a head wind because it impedes forward progress. In 27:7 the wind did not suffer us which means to prevent from going on. The root is to impede worship. What does it take to keep you from worship? In Acts 27:13-14 there is a soft wind and  in verse 20 the wind is so bad they named it. The Lord has much wind at His disposal and may we just say let the wind blow and trust Him with all we have.
