Praise from Jonah’s Storm

Let us muse today from Jonah 2:9 and Jonah’s faithful devotion in his storm. I see in our text the praise of Jonah from this storm. It is Jonah’s intention in this storm to give thanks both in the storm and after it. Jonah said when I get out of here I will offer a sacrifice and pay my vows.  Jonah is now doing in his storm what he intends to do when it is over. Let us go today and do what we would do if our storms were over.
