Position and Practice

Let us continue to muse from Luke 1:6 and a family full of the Holy Ghost and their background. Our thrust is to see what kind of people God fills with His Spirit. In verse six we see their position in God is one of being righteous. This is the spiritual position of being in Christ who is made unto us righteousness. You can only have this position by being born again which is a spiritual birth brought about by a union with the word of God and the Holy Ghost in the heart of my hand. Man has no part in its origin or cause. We see also their practice is one of walking blameless. The word blameless means without fault or anything the world can point a finger at in one’s life. God will not fill a dirty vessel but only a vessel living out their position of perfection into their practice.
