Nature Of God

Let us muse again today from II Peter 1:4-10 and Peter’s precious pictures about precious promise of habitation. The promise is that God has come if I’m saved and made a house out of me. In I John 3:9 we are told that the seed of God’s nature is birth in us and that the seed cannot sin. I was born with a nature that can do nothing but sin and now through the new birth the nature of God is put inside of me and this nature will not sin. Both of these natures living in the same house will continually cause a feud as though a war is going on inside of me.
