To Whom Was He Speaking To Himself About?

Let us continue to muse today from John 17:13 and the high priestly prayer. We established it yesterday that our Lord in this prayer was talking to Himself. Today let us see to whom was He talking to Himself about? Our text tells us He was talking about us the redeemed chosen people of God. His concern was our joy. His desire is that we might be filled with His joy. The word joy means God’s speed, God’s cheerfulness, God’s happiness, and God’s well being of good pleasure upon His people. May I live today with the fulfillment of this prayer living in and through me.
