Glory Given

Let us muse today from John 17:22 and the high priestly prayer. We draw our attention today to the text where we find the subject of glory given. This does not speak of a future glory in heaven but a present glory now. This must be the glory of the indwelling Spirit who convinces us of our accepted state, our Holy state, and our triumphant state. We can truly sing glory to His name, glory to His name, I am so wondrously saved from sin, Jesus so sweetly abides within, there to my heart was the blood apply glory to His name.
