Motley Crew Jacob, Judah, And Tamar

Let us continue to muse from Isaiah and the theme of Isaiah’s Christ. We are looking in Matthew one to picture for ourselves the seedling Christ. The people of the seed or a motley crew. In verses 2-3 of Matthew we find Jacob, Judah, and Tamar. These three are known for being deceptive, liars, and Tamar a harlot. How did the likes of these get in the line of Christ? What can wash away my sins, nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me white as snow nothing but the blood of Jesus.
