He Weighs The Mountains

Let us muse again today from Isaiah 40:12 and the theme of Isaiah’s Christ. We are
looking at the strengthening Christ and his measuring hand. In our text
today we see He weighs the mountains in a scale. The best we can do is put a
sign up and tell how high the mountains are. If He put His sign up it would be
a digital sign changing with the erosion of the rain, for at any time He can tell us how
much the mountain weighs. Why should I concern myself with the heavy lifting
that life brings my way when I have a God who has offered His hand to carry me
and the problems that I have through this life.
